USTA Promotional Products custom ordering FAQ
1. How long will it take to get my order? Delivery varies by item, but usually ranges from 10-15 business days. However, if you order merchandise with one of the USTA national logos and we have it in stock, we will ship within 24 hours. Please fill in the date needed on the order form and we will contact you if we cannot meet your requested date.
2. What is the price of shipping? Please see the shipping and handling chart below for UPS ground shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. If overnight air, 2-day air, or 3-day guarantee must be used to meet your in-hands date, we will provide you with a quoted cost for shipping (please note that 2-day air or 3-day guarantee is not available in all areas). Please call a NetKnacks sales representative for a shipping quote to an APO address (UPS will not deliver to an APO address, so items must be sent using USPS), Alaska, Hawaii, or the Caribbean.

3. What if my delivery address is outside the United States? NetKnacks is happy to ship anywhere in the world. Please call a NetKnacks sales representative for a shipping quote. All shipping quotes are in US dollars and can change depending on exchange rates.
4. What is the minimum order for custom merchandise? With a national logo the minimum order is 25 pieces. For a custom print it varies for each item and the information is included online and in the catalog in the item description. Please call us if you are looking for merchandise with a national logo. We do keep some in stock and in this case there is no minimum.
5. What are my payment options? If you are a USTA national staff member or a sectional staff member you may request net 15 billing. Otherwise you may send a check with your order or include a Visa, Mastercard or American Express on your online order or faxed order form.
6. Can NetKnacks sell promotional merchandise not available in the catalog? Yes, we have access to thousands of other products. Please let us know what you are looking for and we will get you samples, pricing, etc.
